This has *everything* I want in an Air Fryer Toaster Oven. Large enough to fit a square casserole dish but not monstrous, goes up to 450 degrees, comes with every accessory and feature you could want, it looks nice on my counter, the price is surprising low for everything you get and maybe best of all it air fries, toasts and bakes better than my $250 Ninja air fryer toaster oven that I sold on Market Place for $65 just to get rid of it.With all that said, I was disappointed that the riveted piece on the back was popped off of one side. I'm guessing it was packaged up damaged because there was no damage to the outer or inner box. I am unable to fix it since it's a rivet and not a screw. I wrote to the seller asking for a recommendation but haven't heard back yet. I really don't want to go to the trouble of boxing it back up, returning it and waiting for a replacement to arrive. I hope to hear back from the seller with a fix so I don't have to exchange. Hopefully it's not dangerous using it like this. I will update this rating and review based on response from seller.UPDATE: seller resolved issue by offering a partial refund to keep it. I went ahead and accepted it rather than return.
