I like that you can see what your team has been working on at all times! This makes it very easy to give feedback within my organization if needed which helps them improve their processes every day!! Also love how customizable this program allows us to be able customize our own set of fields for work orders (which are really helpful when completing forms).

We use scheduling manager in conjunction with other programs such as OTRS so we would appreciate having access from anywhere without using multiple logins! Sometimes there isn't room enough to write down any new comments/suggestions because everything gets filled up quickly especially during busy seasons! If you were looking into something similar but didn’t want anything too complicated look elsewhere. There aren't many options out here where they have great customer support AND help understand why people need certain things done differently than others and also make recommendations about those changes!
