This thing sucks! I have tried so many tools, so many useless massage therapists and this is the best solution for my back and neck pain. Reaching the shoulders is difficult, but possible. I got rid of headaches and back pain. No, they haven't completely gone, but it's a tool for survival when the pain hits and for daily therapy to keep you moving. Much better than the other tools. who says dr Berg's instrument is better, should work for him. I don't see anything better than that. And I never write good reviews unless I really like the product and I'm a very picky shopper or just plain intolerant of millions of crap products. Thank you Asia for that.
