I run and bike in Phoenix in the summer and always wear Under Armor shirts. I went with one of these as it's half the price of a comparable UA. The fit was the same and it felt like what I was used to. On the first bike ride, however, I had to go back a few kilometers because the shirt was so hot. I was drenched in sweat underneath, but the moisture didn't drain away. I didn't feel any air movement through the shirt. It really felt like I was carrying a plastic bag. I put it back on for running today and same thing. I felt like I was in a wrestling sauna suit, only hot and sticky and miserable. Any normal sports shirt lets air through, cools the skin and the fabric wicks sweat. In 110-degree Phoenix weather, I don't usually even realize I'm sweating because it evaporates so quickly through my shirt. In this case it is not. Anyway, this shirt looks decently tailored and for normal cold weather use it's probably fine. Terrible for a desert in full sun.
