very good quality - used in an unconventional way
Made this into a theraband exercise board to hang on the wall next to my bed. Made a piece of aluminum flat bar, set 4 rings of different heights, bought 4 Lowes S-Clamps to attach the thera-band to the eyebolts (the eyelet is too small for the heavy thera-band to go through). The interval timer in the middle closes in another view
