All the common dishwashing detergents that you can easily buy in the supermarket leave my hands dry and cracked. I thought it would be better to try gloves but I don't like them being stretched and sloppy. This dishwashing liquid is wonderful in every way, it smells great with no added fragrance, cuts through grease and adds odour/discoloration (when it's new, not when it's been there for five years) but best of all I don't give it You don't have to wear gloves anymore! FYI, it doesn't lather like some people like, but it's not the bubbles that clean things up, it's the surfactants that help remove grease and dirt. I actually like it better because you don't waste a ton of water washing the bubbles off and you can see at a glance if you've cleaned your dishes fully, rather than rinsing them to find you missed a stain. However, there are some bubbles. After discovering this I tried their amazing Biokleen Citrus Laundry Liquid, 64 oz bottles (pack of 6) and did some hand washing, this is also great for preventing excess suds. With regular detergent, you'll be surprised at how much suds stay on your clothes and actually attract dirt. In this case, all you need is a few tablespoons and the clothes really get clean!
