The ease of use, especially when you have many residents or property managers using the app! I love that we can communicate with each other so easily through this amazing tool (it's like texting if it were written out!). Some people do not understand how easy it would be to write an email back-and-forth with someone just by clicking "reply" at the bottom instead of having to type all your thoughts into an actual text message! It takes some time getting used to but once they get past that initial learning curve, everything becomes much easier!! If there are questions about paying bills - no worries. Paying bill reminders has been simplified because when I click send reminder button right away after payment goes thru my account shows up as paid instantly!! So simple, yet very effective!!
