The device is not recognized by several platforms. The instructions are nonsense.
Connect it to a Windows 10 PC Nothing like that. Unrecognized. Plug it into your Ubuntu 18.04.2 PC. Nothing. Connect it to your Archlinux computer. Nothing. Not recognized by any of my devices, even though the device has power. The driving lights come on. It throws and spins discs perfectly. But the unit is unrecognizable. Garbage. So we turn to a little book for guidance for help. nope The manual says gibberish. return of the device. Not interested in replacement. Judging by the reviews, some of them work, except for the extraction issue, which I didn't have. But it is clear that a significant percentage does not work at all. Like my. Roll the dice and take a risk guys.
