I got them after seeing the video and decided to try it. They're a bit complex and make you wonder, but they work as they should. You can remove the wires without damaging them and reuse the connectors. You just have to make sure you get the right length or you'll end up with "ghost" connections where sometimes you have power and sometimes you don't. This is because the insulation can bite on the crimp. You'll have to trim the insulation on the wire a bit.
