Review on 🚗 Alphasonik HSW208 Hyper 200 Series: Powerful 8" Car Subwoofer with 600 Watts RMS and High Grade Magnet by Dennis Wood

So I blew up the stock subwoofer on my Mitsubishi Montero (with Infinity Sound) and because I couldn't find the model of the previous stock subwoofer nor any subwoofers that were made for I chose this subwoofer. After disassembling the car to get the subwoofer, we hooked up this subwoofer right where the old one was, same Infinity amp and all. Not that anyone else has a Mitsubishi Montero, but if you have one. and you have an Infinity Sound system, this subwoofer will work as a replacement. It's only 4 inches deep, which is small enough to fit in a hole, and wide enough that you just have to drill new holes in the metal to attach it. The sound of this amp is excellent, I don't really turn on my sound system so I can't tell you what it's doing at deafening decibels. All I can say is that when the system is on enough to hear you're hitting the road at 55mph with the windows open, this sub packs a lot of punch. I'm sure you could get a lot more out of driving it with a more powerful amp, although that's not what I was looking for. The sound quality of this subwoofer is something you won't find in cheaper offerings. , it's very clean. No thumping bass like you'd expect from an 8" subwoofer. Shame I have a grill over the subwoofer because this sweetheart actually looks pretty cool. It's just a class. Hope that helps!
