Review on Block Bros 12Oz Oil by Razz Hieb

A few weeks ago I contacted Wusthof customer service for advice on restoring an old knife block. The support rep said I could use food grade mineral oil but said he personally used Block Bros Block Oil because it doesn't contain mineral oil. This oil is easy to apply, has practically no smell (except lemon) and is completely washed off after 10 minutes. I'm surprised. Sorry I didn't take a picture beforehand. Update: I applied a second coat and wiped off the excess after 10 minutes. After 24 hours, the color became uniform throughout the block.
