My 8 year old daughter was very excited about this pink dress. Overall it fits well and is a soft material. She says it's comfortable, but the ruffles on the shoulders are a bit odd. They curve and make the dress look square. She still loves wearing it, but she can't wear her usual sweaters or thin jackets over it because the sleeves don't fit over the dress's ruffled shoulders.
