Works as described. filters great. If you have a problem with your vacuum not working properly, make sure the filters are changed FIRST before you pick it up. I had an issue with my vacuum smelling musty when I turned it on and it turns out I hadn't changed the filter in a while. After changing them, clearing out the compartments and putting everything back together, everything was like new. Protect your investment by changing filters! More often if you have pets or excessive dust! Have fun vacuuming! ;)
