These ergonomic grips are great and almost reduced my wrist pain. I'm still getting used to them. So that you can get rid of wrist pain. I suggest you take a few trips and take your tools with you to set the grips up properly. My first ride left my fingers and hands numb. I've done a few rides, done a few trail adjustments and the pain in my wrist is almost gone, the numbness is definitely gone. I ride about 10-30km a week. At first I had my doubts about how they look, I thought it looked weird but my old grips still hurt me too much. I've only been riding for about a year and a half after not riding a bike for 20 years. I bought Odi pens thinking they would be good based on the reviews. I bought them for my GT last year and then upgraded to Giant Trance. They kept giving me too much pain in my wrist. These grips are easy to install and their texture is very comfortable. I will keep making adjustments until I find the perfect setting.
