The UI of this tool makes it so easy to use, even if you have no coding skills! I also love that they are constantly upgrading their product with new features as well.

It sometimes takes them longer than expected but at least its not months between upgrades like some other software companies do (I'm looking at YOU Adobe). Honestly there's nothing really bad about SR - just make sure your expectations match what exactly will be delivered when using any such service/tool. We're solving an important problem here by making our clients' websites more interactive through engaging content generation within Facebook groups or pages set up specifically around those products we work on developing.
