This seat was very comfortable for all day mountain biking 30+ miles.
This seat was extremely comfortable after a day of mountain biking on over 30 miles of steep and sometimes rocky dirt roads and singletrack in Tahoe and Mammoth, California. Other seats that also have springs may have a bit more rebound/cushion, but this seat is lighter (1lb) than some suspension seats and this seat's cushioning is still very good without springs.
