Fairy Baby Window Guard
I live in a high rise building. Screen windows don't seem very durable and I have a cat with weight issues lol. But now I have full confidence that he can be at the window without fear. The railing was very easy to assemble and still has enough room for the blinds, curtains and for me to raise/lower the window slightly.
