The company replaced an older model with this one.
The company stood behind their warranty. On older model failed within the one year warranty and they replaced it with this model. The other one failed just past the warranty period and I ordered this model to replace it. My only complaint is that they do not appear to last as long as I would like, but for the price they beat the more expensive types. I have tried many types, including two sets of the $2000+ variety, and find these work as well for me.
