They are good for sanding and finishing materials
They are good for small/light jobs but are poorly finished. The metal center ring comes off easily, causing slippage problems. I'm sure some of them are better made than others but the batch I received was poor. The picture of this product is deceptive. You only get the wheels, not the locking bolt. Updated: 11/24/2016. The item appears to be different from the original listing for which I posted this review. I also purchased the currently listed item and had no problems with it. This is a hard grinding wheel. I'm tempted to change my rating to match the current item in the list, but I'm not sure if it will ever change again.
