Review on Cleer Audio Roam NC True Wireless 🎧 Headphones: 15 Hour Battery, Noise Cancelling, Bluetooth, Cleer+ App by Gin Bajema

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Surprisingly good for the money!

I own and review many buds. Sometimes I'll try something under $100 just to see how well things compare to the big brands around. I hadn't heard from Clear until now. I'm glad I met her. The Roam True Wireless ANC earbuds are a very good buy. Pairing is easy and the connection is reliable/stable. Battery life is decent, but a few more charges in the case will get you close to five hours of use. The thing is, Clear was saved. Feels cheap. The earbuds are IPX4 rated, which is very good for gym workouts. The controls on the headphones are precise and efficient. The true victory here is in the sound. They are amazingly durable. Good crisp highs, real mids and some decent lows. The music sounds good. There's not much separation, but they sound better than their price. There's also no noticeable audio lag, so your audio will match what you're seeing when watching a video. There is also an application that allows you to customize the sound. Finally, we come to active noise cancellation. I welcome the inclusion here, but it's not very efficient. Definitely better than without. You get decent isolation, but most harsh noises are audible. Humming noises such as fans are reduced, but are still audible. No reason to buy here, but otherwise everything is so good that I agree. If you are looking for a good budget bud kit, these buds from Cleer are an easy recommendation. While not without its flaws, I doubt there is a better set for the price. Easy recommendation.
