I bought a Boscam K7 Pro (720P) wireless backup camera to install in my 2007 Tahoe. I tested the camera before installing it and initially the image was white and pink. I unplugged and plugged everything back in and the picture was fine - I thought I didn't connect the camera to the transmitter port. After installing the camera and transmitter, I checked the image, it was white and pink again. I checked all the connections and nothing worked. I emailed Auto-Vox when they made Boscam. In less than a day, I received a reply with a suggestion that didn't work. The Auto-Vox rep (Casey) sent me a new camera and transmitter immediately (2 days after the first email). This solved my problem. I proceeded to install the monitor by plugging it into the ignition fuse instead of the cigarette lighter. Everything works very well. Installation took longer due to rework and additional wiring. Overall, Boscam (Auto-Vox) has provided excellent customer service. I recommend their products. Thank you again Casey.
