Update: I would like to start by saying if this product was as great as the customer service it would absolutely be 5 stars. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this product! This is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this product, if you are thinking of buying it do not hesitate. It will be worth it. Not only was I quickly eliminated for a faulty product, it looks like the company took extra precautions to prevent an issue like mine from happening again. Thank you again Green Enterprise for the most carefree customer service I have ever had. I really wanted to love it! The concept is great and it really applies to my daily life. Now for the disappointing part. I had this item for about ten days? Well, the hook to hang it (or, I assumed it was meant to be) was completely broken. The seams are all completely torn. Keep in mind that I use this once a day and freeze it for about 10 minutes. Maybe it's the usage? Needless to say, this product was an absolute letdown for me. I will still use it as a travel bag, but it has become completely useless for me in the gym. Attention buyers.
