Very soft. The only downside that I noticed, although they are intended for relaxing at home, they are a little larger than expected. I don't mind baggy pajamas, but when the elasticated cuffs loosen, you know they're a little big. It might be worth going a little smaller, especially if your size is close to that uncomfortable size where you wear some brands larger and others smaller.
