Good product at a great price

I prefer compression shirts over traditional loose shirts for running and as a base layer for cold weather sports. However, it can be difficult to find something perfect for such tight-fitting clothing. Consequently, I've tried many t-shirts over the years, including famous brands with logos you'd recognize and discount junk straight from overseas. I'm happy to report that these DEVOPS shirts are as good as anything I've tried but cost the same as discounted prices. For reference, I bought a pair of plus size black and white t-shirts. I'm 6'2", 42" chest, 16.5" neck, 188 lbs and usually wear large shirts. BENEFITS+ These shirts are long! I can't tell you what a pleasure it is as someone struggling to find tops that stay tucked in and/or look proportional to my torso/arm length. They don't slip during sports. + The fabric is good. It's lightweight, stretchy, smooth and offers moderate compression. There's enough compression to keep the shirt snug, but not enough to make me feel like I'm in a sausage casing. The balance I was looking for provides the balance I was looking for. The build quality is good. The seams are flat. , with soft yarn and does not chafe. Upon closer inspection, I notice slight seam imperfections and an uneven cut on the inside of the hem, but that doesn't affect function (and honestly, 99% of people probably never noticed). ). For the price, I'm happy to do without these trivial details + internal side label is sewn on separately. This allows the label to be completely removed without damaging the shirt. Most brands sew the label directly into the construction stitch, requiring you to cut the label and leave a small barbed portion sewn into the shirt. It's a really nice touch. NEUTRAL. I have tried the Large and Extra Large sizes and would recommend both depending on what size you are looking for. The large is form fitting and stretches a bit to fit my body. The Extra Large Jacket was skin tight, with a little sag around the arms and waist. The fabric is best suited for warm weather. Some compression fabrics make me feel cooler and some make me feel warmer; this is definitely the first. However, I wear it as a base layer at 40 and it serves well for that purpose, although I do get colder (ie sweat) at rest than with my equivalent shirts, which are specifically made for cold weather. an exercise. CONS: Seam on bicep feels tight. Overall sleeve sizing fits my arms but one seam stretches as I move. It's not bad, but noticeable. I would have preferred the raglan sleeves to the pleated pattern used on these shirts. The white color is slightly translucent. I can see my nipples and chest hair through my shirt when it's dry, and I imagine they're more visible when it's wet. Black is completely opaque. So I'm happy with these shirts. I will revisit them as necessary, but will also consider other options before committing.
