Cannot be mounted. By the way, there are no instructions included, just a ball mount in the box. If you have a 17-20mm hole they include a crazy adapter sleeve that loosely fits a smaller version of this mount and will fall through your bike's neck hole when you try to insert it. If you manage to hold the adapter in place, turning the socket wrench (which is not provided) will rotate the entire ball mount rather than tighten to expand and install the mount in the neck hole. Even if you manage to expand the ball mount and hammer it into place, only the very end of the mount will expand, but the area at the top where the ball is located will not expand, causing the ball mount to swing back and forth. Stupid design.
