Review on Ooni Cast Iron Sizzler Pan: The Ultimate Pizza Oven Accessory by Micheal Wolf

Big fan of Ooni products but their sizzling/frying pans are a poorly designed disaster waiting to happen. I had short ribs sous vide for 72 hours and fried them in an Ooni Grizzler. I'm no dummy, have used them many times but for some reason this time the flexible loose handle on their 900 degree pan decided to accidentally pop out while food was being delivered to the counter. Brought 2 cloves, burned the wood floor in the kitchen and wasted a $60 piece of meat. Whoever designed the handle for these pots is an ass who will probably make Ohoni sue someday (if they haven't already). I love pizza ovens, but these pans belong in the trash where they belong. The glass is half-full; I would consider gifting these hateful things to someone I don't like.
