The team at forward has been very professional throughout our relationship. I have never had to ask for any service that was not promptly provided from their company. They are always available to assist with any inquiries or concerns we may need along the way. We have not yet been involved in any incidents relating to the network or systems but if you are looking to ensure your organization's safety. I can only speak from my experience so far. but this team is well worth it so long as there aren't issues being detected with networking devices. If none exist at the present time then why would I be hesitant to recommend them? Security for our business. The customer service is excellent! They are very knowledgeable about their products in addition to offering great pricing for all that they do (IT Services/Network Security). I have been with them since 2007 but there has not really be any problems or issues we've had over those years other than normal business things like payroll processing etc - nothing major at least from my perspective as an employee working here now 15 yrs later.
