An excellent addition to the airbrush! Buy it with a pistol at a significant discount. Basically, it includes everything except the main handle that holds the atomizer motor. It's handy for me to have extra parts in case I break something. It's also nice to have an extra paint canister and a fixture to attach the motor. You can use an additional paint canister to reduce stops for paint refills, or if your job requires spraying two different materials or colors you can attach the entire second unit to the motor/handle.
