Retrieval of archived documents from any computer
The ability to archive data securely in an offsite location is one thing that I like about this product, as well being able to retrieve it when needed for reporting or other purposes; however there are some features such as "search" which can be improved upon - more powerful search options would help! We have been using HDA since we first implemented our electronic medical record system over 10 years ago now so not much has changed regarding functionality but everything else concerning security/privacy concerns with PHI etc..
