There was very little to dislike about the product. Their support team is fantastic and you cannot go wrong with this company. The ability to archive data securely in an offsite location is one thing that I like about this product, as well being able to retrieve it when needed for reporting or other purposes; however there are some features such as "search" which can be improved upon - more powerful search options would help!
