The ability to store patient data in a HIPAA-compliant manner. The ability to add new fields to the database without having to do a major software overhaul. I wish there was an option to have the database automatically sync with a cloud-based system. I also wish that there was a way to have the database automatically sync with another database. I have been able to store patient data in a HIPAA-compliant manner. It is a lot easier to find and retrieve patient data when the database is in a HIPAA-compliant format.
