This product is easy to use, has great customer service support staff who are very knowledgable about their products capabilities and limitations as well as how they can help you get it configured for your needs if needed! It's an expensive solution but worth every penny in terms of ease of implementation compared with other less costly solutions out there like EMC or Netbackup which have much longer learning curves plus cost more than this one does too! I am using HDA primarily because we do not want our data stored locally nor do we wish that anyone could access them without proper security measures being taken first by us - thus ensuring secure PHI management at all times.
