So many things I don't like about this phone: Runs on three AA batteries that will run out in less than a week due to the massive backlit display. The touchpad does not adjust the numbers correctly. The setup procedures are very poorly thought out and don't make much sense. The base is very light and usually falls off if you accidentally pick up the phone. The LCD contrast is poor and I couldn't figure out how to adjust it. The tilt of the phone is not adjustable. The ringer volume is too loud, even on the lowest level. The microphone is useless as no one can hear you when you speak on the speakerphone. save your money
