This is a great phone, it says the number of the caller which is a great feature. It lights up so you can see the keypad. There is a very beautiful ring. It also has music when you hold someone in a grip. We really like this phone and you can use it hands-free to continue working during the call. That's great.

I've already thought about it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SUPPLIER. I WANTED NEW. BUT NOT TO BILLED BECAUSE EVERYONE REFUBED OR USED I GET BY AMAZON, BEEB HAS OK. HOWEVER, THE PHONE DID NOT WORK; NO PHONE CABLE, NO INSTRUCTIONS AND MANUAL; PEN AND PHONE WERE DIRTY! THANK YOU AMAZON FOR THE FAST REFUND OF MY MONEY.

So many things I don't like about this phone: Runs on three AA batteries that will run out in less than a week due to the massive backlit display. The touchpad does not adjust the numbers correctly. The setup procedures are very poorly thought out and don't make much sense. The base is very light and usually falls off if you accidentally pick up the phone. The LCD contrast is poor and I couldn't figure out how to adjust it. The tilt of the phone is not adjustable. The ringer volume is too loud,
