I'm 5.4, 170lbs and 38D - I have big shoulders and a big stomach but size XL fits very well. I'm glad I didn't take a big one, it would be too tight in the chest. But I wear big shirts so I'd say go up a size. Haven't worn it in the water yet but in my experience the quality is good. I'm a USVI snorkel and dive guide and I really needed a top for the 'winter'. The arms are long, but that's to be expected from the XL. These are a true 3 mil and need to be broken in as they are fairly stiff (regular) but look forward to being able to slide slightly over the top. I hope the lightning holds!
