Highly recommended for diving and snorkeling

The water in Northern California is cold but with that I enjoyed the water and spent at least 2 hours bodyboarding. I really regret not buying it earlier this summer. I liked it so much that I will now invest in a full body wetsuit to wear in the winter. That's great. And great price

Adequate coverage matches tops

I have tried three Revain wetsuit jackets and settled on this one. It is longer at the waist and sleeves. It was more convenient. I kept it and found later that it was comfortable because it turned out to be a size too big for me! So I collect water in the sleeves and on the chest. So that's my shortcoming - please pay attention to the size. But well done, warm and I like it!

Better than a wetsuit!

Worn with pants, perfect for snorkeling in cool waters. Much easier to put on and take off than a wetsuit, it's perfect for just taking off your top during your lunch break, then putting it back on and getting back in the water. I even wore it for a swim at the beach once when the water was cooler than I would have liked. I will probably part with my wetsuit forever.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

A bit shocked, it fits lol.

I'm 5.4, 170lbs and 38D - I have big shoulders and a big stomach but size XL fits very well. I'm glad I didn't take a big one, it would be too tight in the chest. But I wear big shirts so I'd say go up a size. Haven't worn it in the water yet but in my experience the quality is good. I'm a USVI snorkel and dive guide and I really needed a top for the 'winter'. The arms are long, but that's to be expected from the XL. These are a true 3 mil and need to be broken in as they are fairly stiff…

Good quality but runs small

I originally ordered a size 6 but it was too small and too tight in the waist. I had to pull hard to close the zipper. Just for reference, I'm usually a size 4 or 4P for tops, or a small size for most tops, and I have an hourglass figure. The sleeve length of this wetsuit is perfect for my short arm and the 3mm thickness makes me feel a lot warmer. So I ordered another size 8. It still feels very tight but I'm keeping it because it can get lost in the water. This is a quality and beautiful…

Love it! Exactly as I had hoped.

This suits me perfectly. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews on this and others about the fit. It fits me well and closes well. I wanted a reasonably tight fit. It expands. I bought a size 10 and I usually wear an 8 or 10 swimsuit. I wear an unpadded sports bra and an SPF shirt underneath because I don't think anything padded will fit underneath, it's so tight! I used this while swimming in 72 degree water and it kept me warm. It was also easy to move the arms. I'm small-boned and a…

Good quality neoprene jacket at a fantastic price

3mm neoprene jackets are hard to find. After several weeks of searching on the internet, I decided to take a risk and go with this brand. I am a swimming instructor and bought this jacket for cold water training. The thickness of 3mm is enough to keep the body warm while not interfering with the movements of the hands. I normally wear a women's size 10, but following the advice of other reviewers to go up a size, I ordered a size 14. It fits, but barely. The jacket originally had a very strong…

great for kayaking

This jacket was more comfortable than other options - other jackets had rolls of material under the arms that rubbed while kayaking. This one fits better and wasn't a problem. It kept me warm when I tested it in 50 degree water for about 15 minutes < I was comfortable and would probably stay in that position for another 10 or 15 minutes. 50 degrees is really too cold for a 3mm swimsuit, but I only use it when absolutely necessary to get to shore quickly - I paddle in sheltered shallow water…
