Very cool white for 4000k, 3000k is much better

Originally bought 4000k but it was too cold whites with a little shimmer. Came back and bought the 3000k version, it's a little warmer but not yellow at all. They tend to get colder/blue-white as they fade (even the 3000k version). They also flicker and pulse at certain brightness levels with Costco's Feit dimmer. When I first installed it, I could see LED PWM at every brightness level, but I quickly got used to it, which I don't notice now. Although visitors mention it. Some of the plastic covers arrived at NIB with large scratches. I was able to exchange them for the package I sent back. Otherwise they are located as close as possible to built-in devices in a standard or flat junction box (both work well).
