I've had this camera for over 2 weeks now. Here's what I learned: Setting up the camera and connecting to WiFi is very easy. Remember that this security protocol must be WPA or WPA2. If your router uses WEP, it will not recognize the camera. Image quality is good. Night vision quality is decent but is expected from this model. I'm still waiting for the battery life determination. In general I think it will be good. It all depends on how often you check it. The battery is drained every time you use live view or play back recorded videos. My battery was 75% empty in the first 5 days. I've always used it, adjusting the position and angle of the camera to capture what I need and minimize false alarms. I charged it again and after 9 days it was down to 30%, although I still check and adjust the camera settings a lot. I estimate that the camera should easily last 4 to 6 weeks with "normal" use. The bandwidth usage of the camera is quite low. My only issue is that configuring the camera to get the right alerts and minimize false positives is more of an art than a science. Camera angle, direction and sensitivity are important. You'll see how the camera reacts to different configurations and you'll have to tweak and move it around until you're happy with it. In general, the purchase is very satisfied. I also contacted Reolink technical support; They were very responsive.
