Before ordering I read other reviews and laughed at the few that mentioned that they could be unraveled. After ordering and preparing to hang, I stopped laughing! You would think they could protect them from tangling before shipping, but how should I know? This was perhaps the most time consuming part of the whole process. I already hung the rail before I got the light so they went up pretty quickly. Set aside a fair amount of light and like how they look so far. I haven't rated their weather resistance as it's too early to tell. I am very curious how they will react to the first two ice storms. So far, so good. Another thing to mention, I assumed a 100ft kit would be 100ft end to end. Was surprised when they actually went 100ft for the light and then ran to the outlet once more. So it was nice. My wife always points out that I look at the details so I'm pretty sure it was in the listing specs and I just missed it.
