Ignore most of the complaints, most of these people are just looking for a complaint, for example 1 guy is angry because his phone vibrates from the charger when he gets a call just want to order to complain about something i recommend this product to everyone, i have 8 of them around the house and they are very practical and easy to use. If you have half a brain you can evenly lay your phone on it so your phone battery is connected to the charger so it can be charged (can't believe I really have to explain this to people) and your phone will charged. I had to return one of them because it didn't seem to work anymore so I called the company and they sent me a new one with right of way. store is worth the money
