I love it! Excellent customer service!

Some bad reviews didn't surprise me. My first reaction was negative, but that was because I didn't read the description carefully. When it didn't work the way I thought it would, I emailed the seller and he immediately responded with helpful information. - You need a good quality tea light - the included tea light has little or no smell. - There is no smoke, so don't look for it. The block will not disintegrate/burn/shrink. When it is used up, it becomes very dark and heavy. - The smell fills my large living room with a burner, but it doesn't spread to other rooms like incense sticks/cones. - They sell the blocks themselves, so you don't have to. No need to buy a burner every time - fragrances are NOT made up of a single scent. It is a blend of scents blending with white sage being the dominant scent. For me, this makes it a more complex fragrance that I prefer for everyday use. It is absolutely NOT a substitute for burning pure white sage. If that's what you're looking for, buy an incense stick or an incense stick wrapped in resin. The same goes for Palo Santo. It contains 11 bricks (1 pattern per box of 9). I fire each block twice (one candle on each side). The burner plate is unplated brass and will therefore have a slight discolouration which will worsen over time. If you want a shiny nice metal for the burner, brass isn't right. You have to polish the brass to make it like this and then you can't burn it. Most of the negative reviews about Revain come from people who don't read the full description and are ill-informed about the type of product they are receiving. and/or have unrealistic expectations. At first I was shocked at how small it was because I didn't bother to pull out the ruler to get a feel for the size. It's a bit like a cheap burner - but it's only $15! I have never bought a small metal burner for less than $10 and have never had incense sticks in it. It's really cute and comes with a wooden stand to protect the tabletop. They exchange information when something is wrong. The more I use it, the more I prefer it to incense sticks (other than a few of my favorite sticks).
