I had to install the camera on the steering wheel ready to activate. First tested with the included USB connector and switched on. However, both problems appeared when connecting the power supply. The red power cable will NOT fit into the camera's power connector. Tried many ways to fix it and nothing. It will go about halfway, and then no further. I used a magnifying glass to align the spline so that it was properly aligned, but no connection was made. Another point I might add is that the box arrived without the tape sealing the box. Both times! Interestingly, the previous buyer screwed up the power line and then just returned it? I guess I'll never know. Will order another one probably not unless I can find one at an MC dealer and fit it. Breaking down a motorcycle is getting old!
