I hate greasy burgers so I was looking for something that would give them the "perfect" size. I remember when I was little my grandma had a hamburger press with wood on it. So I wanted something more hygienic l. That's where I found it. It's very easy to quickly pack the chop into the press, and even better, it has a flat bottom to press into the mold. Cleaning is very easy, the whole device is disassembled into three different parts.
