We bought one of these for my dad for Christmas so he can use his favorite headphones rather than bulky uncomfortable headphones. The setup for this was pretty easy and the operation is pretty easy too. You can use any 3.5mm headphone or neck-mounted T-coil (if your hearing aids are compatible). The T loop doesn't fit my dad's hearing aid model but he said the sound clarity with his headphones is excellent and very comfortable so he likes them a lot. We had several on-ear headphones and he kept them. say they are too hot or uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. The charging station charges one device and also has a slot on the side for charging an extra battery. This is a nice feature as we also bought a second RR840 headset. So we can take out the battery and charge it at the same time.
