We purchased a set of Husky Liner WeatherBeater mats for our 2015 Acadia Denali. We have two little girls under the age of 4 and the OEM floor mats do not provide adequate protection. The main reason I chose these floor mats over their WeatherTech and Maxliner counterparts was that they cover the recessed rails of the second row seats. I imagined how water, dirt and debris (e.g. goldfish crackers, milk/juice and candy) easily get into them and very difficult to clean. While this makes these floor mats more expensive when bought as a complete set, I like that they come in separate pieces, which makes them a lot easier to remove and wash regularly (it turns out the seats in the second row must be removed). ). for removing one-piece floor mats from other companies, which is too much work for a normal car wash). Finally, I've also read complaints about other companies' mats slipping too easily, these mats come with hard plastic spikes on the bottom that keep them securely in place. There are several reasons why I didn't give these rugs 5 stars; 1) They are made out of a harder plastic like material and not rubber like my previous OEM floor mats. That makes it a bit difficult to maneuver without scratching the leather seats with the hard plastic spikes on the underside. 2) The second row seats cannot be moved forward without cutting the mat (although this may be a design flaw in the car itself rather than the mat). The main problem is that the third row seats cannot be stowed horizontally when the second row is in the rearmost position (again maybe a design flaw in the car, not a flaw in the floor mat). As mentioned above, cutting the mat to allow the seats to move forward exposes the seat tracks to water, dirt and debris. However, I have found that the solution to this problem is to temporarily move the second row seats forward, fold down the third row, and then snap them back into place. 3) These mats are more expensive as a set than their solid counterparts. Other companies' larger one-piece floor mats sell for (essentially) the same price as Husky Liner's smaller second-row floor mats, forcing the customer to pay an additional $90 for third-row coverage. Overall, despite their shortcomings, I am comfortable with these Husky Liner mats. WeatherBeater Floor Mats are a better fit for Acadia, Enclave and Traverse models with added second row protection. The fit is excellent with adequate protection in all key areas. I did a great deal of research before purchasing these mats and given the options available at the time of purchase these are the best mats and I highly recommend them.
