Despite my measurement, the collar is too small.
I love this leather dog collar but it's too small. I measured according to the description and ordered a large one. You have to put the pin of the buckle in the very last hole and accordingly the end of the collar doesn't go under the strap to keep it secure (well the tip goes in but always comes out). I have given up using it for fear that the buckle pin may come loose. The safety of my dog is the most important thing to me.
