I am a professional mobile mechanic and need tools to be able to work 98% of the time and be reliable. Since I use this tool in front of clients, I can't fail 2 times out of 3. If I was in the store and had time to reset or browse the menus, this would be a good tool. I have scanners from other well known brands and this one has let me down too many times. Good free updates and fast processor. It also has a screen that is easy to see even in the sun. I like full color displays. The price is also below average compared to other scanners with the same parameters. Being a mobile mechanic, I just can't take chances when it comes to diagnosing vehicles on the road.
