I bought this product in July 2018 because I wanted to try a different natural deodorant. I've been using natural deodorants for a number of years, so I was quite surprised when this deodorant didn't control the odor. I have tried armpits with no hair, little stubble and after two weeks of hair growth (summer and fall season) and this product was completely useless. I then decided on 08/17/18 to contact support and to date 12/28/18 I still haven't received an answer. When in doubt, skip this brand. Positive feedback must be given in exchange for a refund. I am a petite, petite woman who weighs less than 110 pounds. So if this isn't effective for me, I can't imagine how effective it will be for the average adult.
