When I used it on my laptop I could only get one screen to work because you had to have an HDMI and power cable in the laptop and I only had one port. So I bought a two in one connector for both, so hopefully both screens worked, while nothing works only one works, or if you switch the other screen works. No amount of customer help could help me, so I returned. Other good products that really work.
