They looked very flat when I took them out of the box but after I shook them they looked adorable on my pups! They stand up straight and are very soft. Unfortunately, the fact that they are tied is a good thing, but this causes the seams to pucker more. I bought these to wear under a dress so I may just sew them on. Deff is worth the money!
